Steve experienced first-hand the benefits of implementing a strategic running system. EOS® gave his leadership team the structure, clarity and accountability that ultimately allowed them to successfully scale Machines4u and exit to private equity.
His expertise lies in understanding the business model and helping create a strategy that can scale. Steve has a real passion for working with owners and leadership teams to help them get the best from themselves and their people.

He is a member of Entrepreneurs' Organisation Queensland and has served in a leadership role on the board for the last three years.
