Business coaching on the Gold Coast — FAQs.
Who is business coaching on the Gold Coast best suited to?
Steve typically works with established businesses ranging from around $5M–$250M in annual revenue and teams of 20–500 people. More important than size is having an established business and leadership team with the ambition to take the business to its next stage.
Do I need to know anything about EOS before speaking with Steve?
No. You don't need to have used EOS or even know what it is. The first conversation is about your business — where you want to take it, what's getting in the way and whether Steve is the right person to help.
What is the difference between a business coach and an EOS Implementer?
Traditional business coaching often focuses primarily on the owner. As a Professional EOS Implementer, Steve works with the entire leadership team and uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System — a practical framework for strengthening Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process and Traction across the business. He also brings the perspective of having spent 18 years building and selling his own business.
How does the coaching process work?
Steve facilitates the leadership team through a structured EOS journey, beginning with a Focus Day and Vision Building sessions, followed by quarterly sessions. The goal is to give your team a practical way to run the business with greater clarity, accountability and consistency — and ultimately become self-sufficient in using the tools.
How long does an EOS engagement run?
Most leadership teams follow approximately a two-year journey. Many teams begin to see changes within the first few sessions, with self-sufficiency always the ultimate goal.
Do you only work with businesses on the Gold Coast?
Steve is based on the Gold Coast and works face-to-face with businesses across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. He also travels elsewhere in Australia for the right engagement.
What industries does Steve work with?
Steve works across industries including professional services, trades, distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing and technology. The framework is industry-agnostic — the challenges around growth, leadership, accountability and execution tend to be remarkably similar.
What happens in the first conversation?
It's an opportunity for Steve to understand your business, what you're trying to achieve and where you're getting stuck. He'll explain how he works and you can decide together whether there's a good fit. There's no obligation to proceed.
